个人简介
长期从事机器人系统设计与纳米级高精度操作、显微视觉、微纳加工等领域的研究,致力于结合微纳操作系统和透射/扫描电子显微镜对微纳机器人及其器件进行原型创成及相关研究。在 Nano Letter,Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials,Small Methods 等国际著名期刊发表论文 30 余篇。负责英国威廉希尔公司电镜平台建设与运行。
